This website (chuts.com) is operated by Chuts LLC ("Chuts," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, and your purchase of any product we sell, whether as a direct consumer or as a restaurant, retail, or wholesale account.

By visiting our site or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms in full. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site or place an order. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version here; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the changes, so it's worth checking back periodically.

Our online store runs on WooCommerce, which provides the underlying e-commerce infrastructure for processing orders.

1. Who Can Use This Site

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order with us, or have a parent or guardian's permission to do so. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, and not to upload or transmit any virus, malicious code, or anything intended to disrupt the site or our systems.

We reserve the right to decline service to anyone, for any reason, at any time — most commonly this comes up around suspected fraud, abuse of our systems, or orders that fall outside our normal retail terms (see Section 8, Wholesale & Restaurant Accounts).

Some information you submit may travel over the internet unencrypted as part of ordinary network transmission; payment card details, however, are always encrypted in transit. You agree not to copy, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the site, its content, or the Chuts brand without our written permission.

3. Product Information

We do our best to keep product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images accurate and current, but food products, packaging, and formulations can change. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, always check the label on the product you actually receive rather than relying solely on the website description.

Because tamarind-date chutney is a natural food product, minor variation in color, texture, or appearance between batches is normal and not a defect.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice, and we may modify, limit, or discontinue any product or the site itself at any time. We're not liable to you for any such change, price adjustment, or discontinuation.

We may limit order quantities per customer, per household, or per order — this is typically to keep pricing fair between direct consumers and our restaurant/wholesale partners (see Section 8).

5. Orders, Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current information when placing an order, including a working email address and valid payment details, so we can fulfill your order and reach you if there's an issue. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if we suspect fraud, if a product is mispriced due to an error, or if an order appears to be an attempt to resell our product outside an authorized wholesale relationship.

If we cancel or change an order after it's placed, we'll try to notify you using the contact information you provided.

6. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our site may link to or use third-party services (such as payment processors or shipping carriers) that we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or tool, and your use of them is at your own discretion and risk.

If you send us feedback, reviews, or suggestions — whether we asked for them or not — you agree we can use, edit, and share them (for example, in marketing) without compensation to you. Please don't submit anything that's unlawful, infringing, or belongs to someone else.

8. Wholesale & Restaurant Accounts

Chuts sells both directly to consumers and to restaurant and retail partners under separate wholesale terms. If you're purchasing at wholesale or restaurant pricing, you agree that:

• Products purchased at wholesale/restaurant rates are for use or resale only under a written agreement with us, and may not be diverted to unauthorized resale channels;
• Our name, logo, and product imagery may not be used in connection with resale of our products without our prior written permission; and
• Storage and handling instructions on the label (or provided separately) must be followed — our products are shelf-stable under proper storage conditions, but quality is not guaranteed once a product leaves our or an authorized partner's custody and control.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Chuts LLC regarding use of the site, superseding any earlier agreements or understandings.
